Sixth District Congressman Ernie Fletcher of Central Kentucky has replied 
to a letter of support for the Amateur Radio Emergency Communications 
Consistency Act that will provide relieve to amateurs from restrictive 
covenants imposed by neighborhood associations, and other private land-use 
regulators. Please visit the ARRL page about this important issue, and send 
a letter to your congressman about this matter. There are instructions, and
