Further on this, I just spoke with Randall today at the
Applicant's Agent Training in Elizabethtown.  He emphasized
to me that he wants to build a strong spotter network in
Grayson County among all services to include amateur radio
spotters.  Other counties are all welcome to send people
over as well for the class.  

I discussed what hams within this area are already doing and
how we gather and pass on info to NWS and 911's with him. 
He seems pleased.
