[KYHAM] New... sort of!

Hi all,
     My name is Greg Thomas, KF4QPI. I first got into ham radio in 1997 as 
a "No-Code Technician". After about a year, I lost interest in radio, but have 
in the last month or so rekindled the flames that got me interested in radio to 
begin with. I have a few questions for anyone who knows the all the answers! In 
particular, what changes, if any have taken place since 1998 that may affect my 
license and operating priviledges. I read something about some changes in 1999 
and before I get back on the air, I want to make sure I am up on the latest so 
I don't do anything illegal or in bad ettiquete! Any help is greatly 
appreciated.
