Regarding river flooding, latest report received here
follows:

03/22/02 0900: The Cumberland River at Williamsburg is
currently above flood stage.  The Ohio River is rising but
no major problems are anticipated at this time.  The
Kentucky River should crest in Frankfort sometime today. 
The Green River is expected to crest in a couple of days. 
All other rivers are expected to crest either today or
tomorrow and the Licking River is currently falling.
