Attached is a NEW FLASH FLOOD WATCH for a good portion of Ky
and
southern Indiana. Some areas are experiencing flooding
situations.
At this time, I am not aware of any ARES activations in the
state. Some have advised that they are on "STAND BY" with
local EM's. If your group is called into service during
this flooding situation, please try to have someone advise
me as soon as possinble and if assistance will possibly be
needed from neighboring areas in protracted activations. I
can be reached at 270 668-1801.
REMEMBER, Be careful in driving and NEVER drive through a
flooded roadway!
