                 AN ACT relating to the siting of cellular =
communications equipment.=20
                 Amend KRS 100.111, 100.324, 100,987 relating to cell =
towers to give more local government control over siting; eliminate the =
requirement that a county must have planning and zoning before asserting =
jurisdiction over cell tower siting; eliminate the confidentiality of =
cell tower applications; give local control over co-location of antennas =
and other wireless telecommunication equipment; require supporting =
documentation for any assertion that co-location has failed; repeal KRS =
278.660 relating to confidentiality of application information.
