[KYHAM] Ky ARES Advisory: Independence Day Period

While no definitive threat has been identified or exists for
Independence Day and the period before and after, I
encourage a sense of readiness for ARES activation
throughout the 1st week of July and maintaining an
individual awareness of national events via your favorite
media outlets.  
It has been historically true that terrorist activity is
often centered around holidays and anniversary dates.
Certainly July 4th is a banner day for the United States of
America.  Hopefully, it will be a peaceful and trouble-free
period, but the risk is there.

I will be working with police officials at a local event on
July 4 and will be reachable via cell for those at some
distance. Should we need localized or state activations
follow local and KERR plans respectively along with
direction from state/local EMA's and other officials.
