The Newcomer's/Trader's Net meets every Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM EST on
146.76 minus. This repeater is located in Lexington KY. The range is
approximately 40 to 50 miles. The purpose is to make available items for
sale, trade or give-away, amateur and related equipment. It is a directed
net and all stations are welcomed to participate. Besides items for
sale/trade, stations may also ask questions concerning ham radio, make
announcements or just check in.

  Marc needs any kind of junked aluminum folding chairs to use for an
antenna project. I think it is for a six meter antenna. Anyone got any 54
Mhz lawn chairs??

   Yaesu 2 meter/70 Cm dual band handheld radio. Model FT-50RD. This radio
is less than a month old. Someone ought to pick it up for $150.

   Radio Shack Family Band Handi Talkie. Only one of them, but it is a good
buy at $10.
