Here is some good news for now! Here is the decision from the Board
of Directors meeting this past weekend on eliminating QST section 
Managers reports.

Section News in QST.  The matter was very thoroughly discussed,
including the concerns of SMs, the impact on members, and costs in this
period of very tight budgets.  The decision was made to defer a final
decision until the July Board meeting.  The delay will afford an
opportunity to better understand the effect of such an action and
investigate how best to provide this information and expanded content to
members while being mindful of our fiscal responsibilities.  During this
time alternatives will be evaluated.
