[KYHAM] New feature on the KY Amateur Radio Web Site..

I am trying to grow the resources on the Education and Testing Page of the 
web site.  I have been receiving information about test sessions, and will 
start adding it to a special page linked to from the Education Page.  The 
link is under the "Find VEs and Test Sessions" section of the page, and is 
called "Upcoming Test Sessions that have been relayed to us."  When you 
travel that page, the information is listed by date.  If you are a VE, and 
would like to have your test session listed, please email me, and I will 
happy to add it to the list.
