[KYHAM] License Plates

Stewart,
         Long time no hear!
         The clerk at the office is in error.  I looked up the specific KRS 
for this, and it is available in PDF format from the Legislative Research 
Commission's web site.  Since we can't attach files through the listserv, 
here is the link!  http://www.lrc.state.ky.us/KRS/186-00/177.PDF Download 
that, and present it to that office.  They may just simply be unaware of 
that fact.
