To answer the question about reporting that was posed by N4MOM.

    Twice last year it appeared in the Ky. Section News that the Section
Manager was looking for news from anyone in the Commonwealth to be put in
the Section News column.  It is reported in the Section Manager column, on
the two listserves and on the League, Division and State websites every time
there is a change in Ky. Staff. Although it does not appear monthly in QST
the league does periodically list what is needed to turn in reports for
Brass Pounders, PSHR, NTS, ARES  and other monthly reports. These report
forms are available on both the Leagues and Ky. State WEB Pages.  League :

the  Kentucky Site: http://www.qsl.net/kd4pwl/library.html. You can also
submit ARES, EC and DEC, reports from this site. All net reports and PSHR's
are to be sent to K4LID at k4lid@arl.net.

    Just a side note that before the internet and for those who don't have
internet all report forms are to be filled out and sent by US Mail to HQ
before the 12th of each month to appear in QST. The report forms are also
avaiable from HQ by US mail. Just request forms;
