this is for those that do know and ones that don't,
 there is no rule for reports in this state for ares ec's. send them to your
dec or sec and thats it. NOT. how do you get into the brass pounders leage,
field organization reports, sm news? now i see in the QST that we are to
send reports to k4lid. what reports? who do you ask? where do send anything
so that the people in my county can be seen in the QST. sorry to put it this
way but, who, what when and where???
