Hello all,
	It turns out I did not have a dead power supply.  After printing out the 
docs for the motherboard (I thought it had failed after I bought a new 
power supply) at work and coming home and totally disassembling my 
computer, and putting one part at a time back into the computer I finally 
diagnosed that I had a dead RAM chip.  It has been replaced, and all the 
updates everyone have sent me for the web site have been made.
	I prefer to look at it as furthering my education in hardware diagnosis.
