[KYHAM] Bullitt ARS Web Site and QSL.NET Problems

Lately there have been lots of problems with QSL.NET, from slow access
to no access at all. In an effort to keep information flowing, a
mirror site of the Bullitt Amateur Radio Society web site has been set
up at http://critterbob.com/BARS. Be sure BARS is capitalized or it
will not work.

If anyone has any information on the problems at QSL.NET, please pass
it along. As far as I can tell, the entire service is down.
