[KYHAM] Need help with pager

I bought a Minitor I at an auction on e-bay (total cost of $14), and I
need help getting fixed and set up the way I'd like. The idea was to set
it up to activate when the NOAA weather radio station in Louisville
sends out an alert. It appears that the charger base may not be
functioning (only 0.25 v across the battery charger pins), and that
there is no battery in the pager itself. I also need a crystal for 164
MHz, and a tone reed for the alert frequency. Does anyone out there have
experience with pagers? My other option is to take it to a radio/pager
repair shop.
