[KYHAM] Kb4vks Resignation as Ktn Manager

It is with deep regret that Mike Wagoner, Kb4vks, has been asked to be
relieved of his duties and responsibilities as the Net Manager for the
Kentucky Traffic Net.  His main reason for resigning is the health of
his wife Ruthie, who is having problems with headaches and other
recurring health issues that he must deal with.  We, here in the
Kentucky Section appreciate all of Mikes contributions that he made as
Manager of the Ktn and wish him well.  As he is able, he will be on the
air and all should give him words of encouragement.  As a result, anyone
who may be interested in the net managership of the Kentucky Traffic Net
should contact me either via e-mail, phone or snailmail.  We need
someone who is familiar with the National Traffic system, active on the
nets and has a good working relationship with people.  If you are
