[KYHAM] Kentucky's Amber Alert System to Test on 12/10!

The first test of the Kentucky Amber Alert System is set for
this coming Tuesday, December 10, 2002.  Radio and TV
stations statewide should air this broadcast as well as Ky's
5 NWS offices who will trip a "civil emergency message" over
their NOAA radio network (with human voice announcement)
here in the state.

Though not specifically requested of us by KyEM, I ask that
IF you do see or hear this test on Tuesday that you drop me
a line and let me know and include with the way you heard
the test (radio or TV station call and city or via NOAA Wx
Radio).  I will catalogue these reports and pass it on for
their info and use to see how well the word got out.
