COMMENTS:

DEC NB4K in Area 7 reports- A meeting of the EC's, AEC's,
ADEC and DEC was held on July
31st, 9 were in attendance. At this meeting we discussed the
revision of the
plan and S.O.P. for the 7th District. We also discussed the
possibility of each county EC taking over training exercises
on their own sometime in 2003. This way we'd have 6 training
sessions going on at the same time. A group gathering and
training
session will be held on Sat. August 10th from 9 till noon
at the Kenton County EOC with training in the areas of
Incident Command and Damage Assessment.

participation level is
expected to be very good. Our weekly nets will also be used
