I have printed out all the replies and will go over them one by one and E-Mail those that replied with a reply on what, if any, they want to do.

Mike  I knew about that plan you talked about and I know it in great detail.  I'll bring that up again but some of the fire department members are using me as a sounding board for now to see what they can approach either the County/Citty or the E-911 board with to get something better.
One question that was put to me was why not VHF/UHF  several in the group you be out the added expense of getting new HT's is the main reason I feel they don't want that type of system.
