[KYHAM] Western KY Tornado

I just finished speaking to officials in the Western Kentucky city of
Providence, KY.  They have just had a tornado of unknown strength touch
down.  Roads are blocked by power lines, trees, and other debris.  There NO
reports of fatalities, but several reports of critical injuries.

Numerous fire & EMS units are responding.  Our department is presently on
standby for deployment.  Providence, KY is less than 30 Min. from me
