[KYHAM] Lexington Repeaters

Folks,

I'm new to ham radio and am having trouble programming
my HT for some of the Lexington, Kentucky area
repeaters. As some of you may know, I've successfully
made contacts on a few repeaters, but I'm wondering
about:

 53.570-1MHz
442.050+
443.025+(67.0)
444.950+

I've set them up as listed in the ARRL 2001 repeater
directory with a 5MHz shift for the UHF but can't seem
to hit them. 

Does anyone know: are they up and running? Are the
offsets and tones listed correct? Are they open
repeaters or are they limited to specific clubs or
organizations?
