[KYHAM] New Appointment

It has come to the point that Bill Slayman, KE4JFS the STM has to resign due
to the fact that he has had a second stint going bad in his heart and his
health is a major concern. I know that you as I wish him a quick recovery
and God's speed to good health. His replacement will be Tom Lykins, K4LID
and will be immediate so all reports for December must go to him. Tom brings
14 years of experience to the job and I know that it will be done with the
dedication and commitment that I am looking for. Please give him all your
support as the Traffic system as it now stands need a lot of help and time
to heal. He will also have full control at this time to make all decision
