I have a rf concepts model rfc 4-310, 430 - 450MhZ.  It supposedly will take up to 10 W in to give 100W out.  There is a switch that changes it from FM to SSB, another with preamp on/off.  On the back there are N connectors for input and output.  The power connector is a 4 pin male and I have a female connector to mate it.  The female connector is not wired yet.  I have not yet ben able to find the instructions to determine the pin out for 12VDC.  The cover can be removed / or a ohm meter should solve the pin out problem.  It is fused at 35A.  Two other receptacles are on the back, which I never used:  one is a RCA phono socket and the other is a 5 pin din connector.  I used it when I used to work OSCAR and haven't used in for some time.
