[KL7AA] PARKA Repeater back in busniess

Today AL7LO, KL7MD and I swapped out the aging Master 2 with a Kenwood 
repeater.  Replaced the old antenna as well.

When we arrived it was breezy and cool.  Wind died off to nothing and it 
warmed up a bit.  As we were leaving the snow had started.

147.30/90 Using a PL Tone 141.3 is alive and well again.
