[KL7AA] Monitoring antenna?

Why not just build one? There are plans in the ARRL antenna book (and
several other places as well). Parts cost will be minimal, probably
less than $20 if you are any good at scrounging, maybe even free. Does
everything have to be "store bought"? Building this antenna could be a
good classroom project.
