HAARP Neal Brown
The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program system near Gakona, Alaska, got a reprieve from being immediately dismantled when Department of Defense funding dried up recently. The Geophysical Institute at the University of Alaska Fairbanks is taking the lead to find ways to keep it going. I have been invited to discuss what ham’s have done with HAARP in the past and what they might do with it in the future the week of 20 October 2014. I badly need input from hams in AARC, Alaska, and elsewhere. Please spread the word and have folks contact me; neal.nbrown at gmail.com
