[KL7AA] TEST MESSAGE Only - What can Amateur Radio do to improve?

This is just a test message and I apologize for spamming everyone.  I am 
trying to figure out why me emails to the list apparently DO go out but 
I never receive one back.  I have shut off all ACS Spam filtering for 
this test.

I left the title words of my last message in this title in case 
filtering was happening on the words.  (Doubtful)
