1. Contact your elected representatives for your district to support this
bill. Phone calls, faxes and letters are best. Emails are not as good of a
method.
2. Ask all your friends, ham or not to do the same. Tell all members of all
clubs you are a member of. Post to all relevant reflectors.
3. Contact the ARRL to report all contacts for (1) and (2). (Dan Henderson
N1ND). 
4. Ask the ARRL what else you can do and who to contact.
5. Regardless of your political persuasion, contact Sheila Jackson Lee to
thank her for once again introducing this bill.
