Hi Bill,
This letter is to inform you of the loss of Rick Knox, a loving husband and dad. On Jan 13th he had a heart attack at home which led into a triple bypass on Jan 18th. After his surgery he suffered another heart attack, he fell into an anoxic coma and became unstable. On Feb 11th he was released from the hospital to our care. Hospice assisted us with his daily needs. He passed away in the comfort of his own home on Monday, March 1, 2010.
His memorial service and potluck is taking place at Maple Grove Church in Battle Ground, Washington (map below) at 2 O’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, March 13, 2010. Please wear casual attire or your organization shirt so we know how you knew Rick. We ask for those attending to bring a potluck dish as follows: Last name A-L Main Dish or M-Z Side Dish or Dessert.
For some of you, being so far away, we don’t expect you to attend. We are asking that donations can be made in lieu of floral arrangements to either of these organizations:
The Deaf School in Mexico Clark County Amateur Radio Club
Make payable to Maple Grove Deaf Ministry PO Box 1424
PO Box 790 Battle Ground WA 98604 Vancouver WA 98668
We are so sorry to have to bring you this sad news. Thank you for all of your support during this difficult time. If you need any further information please don’t hesitate to contact us at the information below.
