[KL7AA] Mayors Marathon needs a few more good HAMs

We still lack two HAMs for check points 

Full Marathon Mile 15 from 9:00 am to ~1:00pm at parking lot Bivouac
Trailhead & Stuckagain Hts. Road

Full Marathon Mile 25 from 9:30am to ~4:30pm at Forest Park Drive Cul de Sac
and Coastal Trail / KENI tower

Please help us fill these last two positions.  There are more places to
staff but we need these at a minimum.
