Apologize if you receive this twice depending upon the amateur radio groups
you subscribe to.
Please see the note listed below from Mark Kelliher KL7TQ's son. This is
very sad news.
I have contacted the Kelliher family on behalf of KL7AA, the Anchorage
Amateur Radio Club and offered our condolences and assistance with any
services. Flowers are being sent to the family. Mark was a great volunteer
and ambassador of Amateur Radio. He was passionate about supporting the
Iditarod communications. Most of you know Mark as our local Santa Claus as
he could say Merry Christmas in almost every language in the world. He knew
no boundaries for public outreach. Mark, KL7TQ will be greatly missed.

Subject: Sad News
Hello all-
I want to send a quick note that my dad Mark J Kelliher KL7TQ has passed
away. He apparently had a massive heart attack this morning (27 Feb 2010)
while working at McGrath Alaska with the Iditarod which he has volunteered
for and enjoyed for many years. As we make arrangements, we will get the
info out to everyone. Say a prayer for him and our family, and enjoy his
memory.
regards
Mark Kelliher (son)
