[KL7AA] Emergency Communications in Anchorage - TV News 11

This was a very nice Channel 11 news report.  We recently had more than 
30 Anchorage Police officers take a class and obtain their ham licenses. 
  The Anchorage Emergency Operations Center has been working well with 
ARES here and has given the ARES group their own working space in the 
EOC.  From there ARES built in new operating desks and even offered to 
share a bit of it the the Civil Air Patrol.
