[KL7AA] UHF beam offered for free

I have a 21 element (each plane) crossed yagi for UHF that I will give away
if you will pick it up.

It is a wooden boom and is ultra light. It was built to use for EME and is
tuned for the low end of the band although I suspect at that frequency it
covers the whole band.

You could:

-- Use it as is. It is about 17 feet long.

-- Take one plane off and use either vertical or horizontal.

-- The boom splits at 10 feet. You could shorten the antenna.

-- You could use this for field work or contesting. It would be easy to
add cuts and brackets to break it down into shorter lengths for packing in
a car or truck.

-- You could shorten the antenna and use the circular polarization for
satellite work.

-- You could shorten it to about any length you wanted.

If no takers and pickup by this Tuesday bedtime, I will probably cut it up
and throw it in the trash on Wednesday as I have no need for it. I have my
own 22 element all aluminum antenna.

Thanks.

73, Jim
