We were sorry to have missed some of you at the Alaska QRP meeting.

Tonight we had a conversation about propagation, solar cycles and sunspots, 
Elecraft KX-1 transceiver kits (one was for sale tonight from AL7OK), the 
M3 LCR meter kit (a completed kit was opened up and viewed along with the 
installation and operating manuals), the Tuna Tin 20 meter version (The 20 
meter TT that was used for the W1AW to AL7FS QSO in 1999 was shown), the 
current issue of SPRAT magazine was passed around, HAARP as a propagation 
aid was reviewed and plans for future kit building were discussed.  One 
QRPer plans to try to build a stand alone power meter and another hopes to 
integrate small keyer chips into some QRP rigs.

The May meeting will be on May 18th.  We hope to see you there with your 
kits, conversation and ideas.
