Alaska 10 meter Beacon Active

I activated an Alaska beacon at 2245Z on 14Jun06. The beacon will be listed as 
intermittent service although it will be on 24/7 for the most part.

Frequency = 28.239.2 MHz .....frequency coordinated
Antenna (temporary) = KLM KT34A beam at 40 feet beaming east.
Antenna GoogleEarth coordinates: 61 06'02.59"N 149 49'26.73"W
Power = 3 watts
Beacon message = AK AK AK de AL7FS AL7FS AL7FS bcn <3 sec. pause>

For your signal report to be of maximum value, please include the following info:

     * Date & time of reception
     * Signal report
     * Your Location
     * Your receiving equipment & antenna

I will switch to a 10 meter vertical dipole when I am happy with its 
construction and installation. At that point the beacon will be full time.
