[KL7AA] Macs and Ham Radio

Anyone out there have any experience using Mac computers with ham radio? I
use Apple as opposed to Microsoft but I'm contemplating a dedicated Windows
machine for the shack. Before I do that, however, I'd like to find out if
there are equivalent (or better) ham-radio applications for Mac. Specific
applications I've looked at so far include Multimode and MacLoggerDX. Any
help would be appreciated.
