Thought I would share this one:

It's great.  To get you started, go to the site, then click on "North
America" in the lower left hand corner.  A map will pop up and you can zoom
in to wherever you want.

 

Hold the left button on your mouse down to draw a square around the target
area you want to zoom in on, or use the tool bar.

 

I found my street in Wasilla, Port McKenzie streets, and even the street I
used to live on in Germany (on a separate map, of course).

 

There's also the Microsoft Teraserver if you want aerial photos and
topographical maps, but it's not as complete:
