Hey John:

I heard from Dave, KL7M, and he has given us a green lite.  I've asked him 
to bring up the reflector at about 1745 UTC for the pass which starts at 
1757 UTC.

So, spread the word locally that folks should tune in to 147.21 around 9AM 
to hear the ISS.
