I received an email from AL1G, Corliss, that told of an Alaska special events
station operating this weekend. It is not a QRP station but it will be
available to be worked and if bands are good, you will hear them.
Check http://www.eham.net/calendar/details/2896 for official info. I asked
Corliss for more details...see below signature.

It sounds like they will be on any band supporting propagation but here is the
20 meter info:
"Ok, we will try to start out on 14.250 and 14.025 plus or minus QRM or
frequency in use."
KL7FAA operators will be using:
"The rigs are three FT-1000 Mark V's
The three amps are a Drake L7, a Heathkit Warrior and an FL 2100B all putting
out 1KW
The three antennas are a TH7, a TH3 and an R7 vertical (for WARC Bands)"
