I e-mailed the individual who was sending the duplicate ARRL letters out to
some users groups.  You are one of a growing number who has requested that
he stop sending them.  He has unsubscribed to this group, for whatever
reason.

I get the ARRL Letter directly from the ARRL Letter Mailing List. Don't
see any need for you to have to repeat the mailing.
