Update:
we now are looking for property that will support a building of something
between 40x50 to 40x100.  Also, please consider location. the cost of
commercial property in Eagle River is approximately 1/2 of that in the
cheapest lots in Anchorage.
Another note is that the Board will have to change the bylaws to allow us to
buy real estate. We are currently limited to $5,000.00.
The process is to:
1. Find a location in Anchorage or Eagle River.
2. Get membership to approve the purchase.
3. Get the loan and buy it.
4. Do the building design.
5. Put out a bid for construction
6. get club approval for funding.
7. build it, move in, and have a party.
