Next Amateur Radio Emergency Services Training Session is Set

Saturday, October 19, the ARES training will be at the Municipality
Emergency Operations Center (EOC), 1309 E Street.  The training will
include a tour of the EOC and explanation of how it works, introduction
to Incident Command System (ICS) and training in the use of the
Anchorage ARES station at the EOC.

The training will begin at 9:30 a.m. and last to 12:00 noon.

Please attend and extend the fun we had last month when 24 people made
the training.  Thank you for your time and efforts on behalf of your
community emergency services.
