[Kenwood] TS-520S paddle knobs

I think these are NLA from KW, but I see Yaesu used them in some of their
radios, but they seem to be grey:

Anyone happen to have any knobs laying around or know if ICOM radios used a 
similar
setup? The switch seems to be a 8H2011 series by FUJISDKU, I see some online 
but you must buy the switch
to get the knob.
