[Kenwood] TS-930S

After alot of work was able to get the original PS working good in this
930 and its got 12V driver transistors in the PA. Have good audio reports
and mostly all working good.

Yesterday noticed a strange rx issue mostly with signals s9 or more. The
audio sounds clipped most the time on the voice peaks, and sometimes under-
modulated.

Just saw lots of clipping with a 20 over signal and the attenuator seemed to
not help much. Then I turned off the AGC, and cranked up the RF gain to cut 
back
on it, but was still there.

Cant be multiple stations with the same problem, unless they all have RF in 
the shack.

Anyone ever seen a weird thing like this before? Could it be atmospheric?
