Amazon sells the CR2032 batteries with tabs, although there are several types apparently, depending on the tab shape. Not sure if they have a distro center in Hawaii though. If you have a friend flying there, passengers are allowed to carry small amounts of Li-ion batteries in the cabin, not in checked luggage. You can google the requirements.

Just be happy you don't live in Hawaii, where it is nearly impossible to
have a tiny lithium battery shipped to you, lest it should explode and
bring the aircraft down. I'm still trying to figoure out how to get a
solder tab battery for my TS-50 and TS-440.
