Kenwood TS-140 HF Transceiver:

The Kenwood TS-140 transceiver is an HF
transceiver that covers SSB, CW, AM, FM
and can be used for digital modes. It has
a general coverage receiver.

The dual 10 Hz step digital VFOs operate
independently of each other. 31 Memory
channels can store frequency, mode and
narrow-wide information in CW mode.

Refinements include:
IF Shift, RIT, VFO Tuning Torque adjust,
multifunction meter, speech processor,
numerious I/O jacks and RF attenuator.

It requires 13 V DC at about 20 amps.

This one has a great receiver and transmits
full 100 Watts. It looks fine. It has a minor
problem in that the PLL is unlocked
above 21.5 MHz.

Kenwood MC-80 Desk Microphone:

The Kenwood MC-80 is an omnidirectional
electret condenser desk mic. It features
up-down tuning on compatible Kenwood
transceivers and a built-in pre-amp. It has a
potentiometer adjustment on the rear panel
to adjust the output level.

There is a switch for PTT and also a lock feature.
The frequency response is 200 Hz to 7 kHz.

The mic terminates with a round 8 pin mic plug.
It obtains its operating voltage from the Kenwood
rig.

This particular mic works like it should, and looks
fine.

Kenwood PC-1 Phone Patch For Sale:

The Kenwood PC-1 phone patch provides a
connection between the transceiver and a
telephone line. It is designed to provide
high isolation between receiver input and
transmitter output.

Impedance levels (nominal):
Line 600 ohm
Receiver Input 8 ohms
Speaker Output 8 ohms
Microphone 50k ohms

Microphone input and output is 4 pin.
6 x 2.25 x 5.75 inches.

This one works fine and looks fine.

Kenwood Extension Feet:

Many of the earlier Kenwood rigs (such as
the TS-520, TS-530, TS-820, TS-830, and many
more) have extra "feet" that could increase
the height in the front of the rig, giving it a
nice "tilt". These add to the present feet,
and are about 3/4 inch thick and 1 1/4 inch
in diameter.

This is a set of two feet, with the hardware
to add them. They are in like new condition.

Linear Amp Switching Cables for Kenwood Rigs:

This cable goes from a Kenwood transceiver to a linear
amplifier to switch the amp from transmit to receive.

One end has a DIN connector, as is used with most Kenwood
rigs. The other end has an RCA phono plug, as used by most
linear amplifiers.

Before using this cable, please check the switching
capabilities of your transceiver, and the requirements
of your amplifier.
