You will need a COM port splitter to do this. However, with FT8, you don't need 
much control of the radio from ARCP-590 once it is set up for FT8.

I recently did this for 2 weeks. Set up the radio with ARCP, then disconnect 
from the radio, then connect with WSJT-X.
