[Kenwood] Remote control panel for TS 2000

Folks, I am interested in adding a remote station to my host fixed TS 2000 that I already have in use. I plan to operate remote from South Dakota from April 2020 thru October 2020. I want to use the most dependable method to operate remote to my host station here in Southeast Louisiana. I "don't want to have to sell the farm" to do so.
My idea is to use a TS 2000 front control panel or other compatible panel to operate fixed remote from. Do any of you have knowledge and or experience doing this. Does anyone have a front panel that is compatible with the TS 2000? I know that several remote  Kenwood  panels will work for that purpose.
If you have a suitable panel that will serve that purpose that you are willing to dispose of, please let me know.. I will also appreciate the benefit of your knowledge and experience.
