[Kenwood] TS590SG and FSK using MMTTY

I recently picked up a used Kenwood TS590SG and have it set up to do the
digital modes using a USB cable and the soundcard inside the radio. It is
doing AFSK on MMTTY ok, but would like to set it up for FSK so I could keep
different settings for RTTY vs FT8 and the other digital modes.

Has anyone set up their TS590 with MMTTY using FSK?  It was pretty easy to
do with the Yaesu FT991 I had before, but I can't really find anything on
the internet as to how to do it with the Kenwood TS590.
